fremont police say the suspect committed his crimes at several locations within fremont and livermore, all involving students. all are minors. police arrested 25 year old brandon duran of fremont thursday after several students from the california school for the deaf, where duran worked as a teacher's assistant, came forward with allegations of sexual assaults. duran faces numerous graphic sexual assault charges, including getting one victim too drunk to resist. some people we talked to who are familiar with the school were outraged. prosecute them. i mea, it's outrageous that these people even get into that position in the schools. i mean, it's outrageous. and hopefully the district attorney of alameda county will prosecute this person really good. in a statement to nbc bay area, the department of education said on behalf of the school, the staff member was immediately placed on administrative leave and it has zero tolerance for such behavior and is working with investigators. fremont police say the case is an active investigation and is asking anyone with information about duran to
