so frost and freeze alerts this morning.e dry and sunny throughout the afternoon, several sunny afternoons to come, increasing clouds on tuesday, maybe a little rain tuesday, but more likely the widespread rain on wednesday. here's where we stand so far. no surprise. santa rosa 170% of average. san francisco at 110% of average over 15in of rain. but look at the list. it trails off considerably into the east bay and south bay, with about 59% of average 4.5in san jose and concord only over three inches of rain. so you need a little more for sure. a lot more snowpack 116%. northern sierra, central and southern sierra not doing quite as well, 81% for the entire state. and here's a look at our atmospheric river as it takes. aim from san luis obispo, central california to southern california throughout the middle and latter part of the week. so we will get some rain. it's cold. we're going to get some snow as well. but notice the colors, those bright colors, the oranges and the reds from the central coast into southern california
