is incredible, seeing pictures of kids sledding up in pennsylvania and also west as close by as frostburg, maryland, 2 to 4 inches of snow reported. again it is winding down now, but let's look at some of the pictures out of pennsylvania. we've had some real jackpot totals from this area, good old johnstown, pennsylvania. notice how it's sticking to the trees. there were a lot of power outages earlier and johnstown is reporting up to a foot in some foot. i think it's closer to 8 inches in many other areas there. phillipsburg, pennsylvania, got 8 inches. definitely enough heavy wet snow to drag out the plows and the kids even had a little bit of trouble getting back and forth to school with these power outages and trees coming down up through pennsylvania. so laurel summit was about the biggest total i could find in somerset county, pennsylvania, 18 inches, a very high elevation. in fact, most of the snow we did see was very much elevation based. on to the maps, want you to see it's still snowing a bit up through pennsylvania and also western new york. that was another area that got pretty

oakland 43. 47 at frostburg. predominant 30's with 30's mixed in. we look at a more regional view of the temperatures, and you can see all this blue basically from the an legislations to the coast. 50's and 60's for temperatures. so there is warmer air out there, and that warmer stuff is going to cross the mountains during the day today. satellite image, some of those thin clouds beginning to drift in at this stage. you won't see a really blue, blue sky today. we'll see more clouds coming in. as i mentioned, these big storms, what we call debris, higher altitude, winds start blowing off. some of the clouds from the tops of these storms, and they will start drifting across the area, too. an area of high pressure over us, too. we have had nice, dry weather for the past few days. that's moving east. that will allow this more unsettled stuff to drift in. initially, anyway, a lot of this stormy weather will go to the north. this high will be pushed to the south instead of the east. the result will be, we'll still be under the influence of a high, but the
