we're here on fulsome street, tens of thousands of gallons of sewage leaked on to fulsome street.we look across the street i don't know if you can see where the car is. right next to it is a white bin and you can see how high the sewage got. about 1-1/2 feet deep. at arroyo's body shop in the corner says this is at least the third time the street has overflowed. he showed us pictures of the last two times it happened in 2009 and 2004. >> i'm irritated. they just last year did every pipe possible in the street from 20th i think to seventh. this is not supposed to happen according to our city. >> reporter: now firefighters did pump out quite a bit of sewage but residents tell me they are very frustrate because this has happened so often over the past several years. they say they are probably going to be cleaning for the next four hours and usually by the time, most of the major work is done. so they tell me they are extremely annoyed. if you look at the backside of this row of buildings that's shotwell. firefighters tell me that a lot of people on that side of the road might notice
