garvin thomas shares with us what one man is doing after losing his children and all his belongings in this morning's "bay area proud." >> you may remember this sheriff's deputy's body cam footage released in the days after the 2017 tubbs fire in santa rosa. living in that house was a man named lowell bryant. the house burned to the ground. it was the latest of a string of tragedies that struck him. while he's down, he's definitely not out. in coffee park these days, the sound of recovery is everywhere. the steady beat. listen closely, though, and you'll also hear the sounds of a life, not just being rebuilt. >> i got polish. >> reporter: but saved. >> in a minute i'll have kielbasa. >> reporter: that's what lowell bryant says this hot dog cart is doing for him. >> oh, yeah, without a doubt. there's no doubt about it. >> reporter: in october 2017, like so many others, lowell's home burned to the ground. what's worse, lowell had barely recovered from the deaths of two of his children. >> and then the damn fire. out of nowhere, and here i go again. everything. my kids ashes, everything i
