this all happened at the sheetz gas station on patrick's street -- patrick street. it all started with a traffic stop. brad bell is live on the scene. what happened? just in the last 10 minutes, we got briefed by the maryland state police. they say at this sheetz gas station, a trooper was here and he happened to notice a vehicle. that gold suv back there. he happened to notice the tags were expired. in and found out it had been stolen in baltimore city during an armed robbery last night. the trooper called for assistance. two more troopers arrived. additional police from frederick city arrived on the scene. when they finally approached the suspect, the police tell us the suspect jumped back into his vehicle. started driving in an attempt to whiteay, and rammed the police car driven by the frederick city officer. that officer pinned in his car, suffering non-life-threatening injuries. the state police running towards the suv on foot. state police spokesman greg shipley tells us what happens next. preliminary investigation shows that he rammed that frederick officer
