george zimmerman's parents are suing comedian roseanne barr - saying a tweet she sent forced them from their florida home. robert and gladys zimmerman say barr encouraged "vigilante justice" and tweeted out their home address in march 2012 -- one month after the shooting death of trayvon martin but before george zimmerman was arrested in the case. the zimmermans say the tweet forced them to flee their home in the middle of the night and they haven't been able to return. george zimmerman was acquitted in the case. barr has not commented about the lawsuit. there is yet another mystery surrounding the death of a woman whose body was found at her home in pontiac, michigan. experts believe pia farrenkopf had been dead for six years when remains, believed to be hers, were found in her garage last wednesday. but now, election records show, someone voted in her name in michigan's election for governor *four years ago... two after she died. her bills were paid automatically through her bank account until it finally ran dry. this lot say will cost you $10. this is from brooklyn. this must be goo

"and the trial tactic, in the zimmerman case presents the arguments they would have made painting the portrait of the trial. joining us is lisa blum a legal analyst and, of course, a colleague we've discussed this trial on air and off-air. let me start by asking you what is new and important in the book in your view? >> well, as i covered the case day to day i was comment on what i was seeing. but i had an uneasy feeling. there was a lot going on behind the scene. that's what i wanted to investigate after the trial was over. i discovered a very disturbing story what was going on during the sequestration process among the jurors the three weeks. i opened the story with natty, she's the only nonwhite juror. she was the only one who, for example, had a deputy posted outside of her hotel door. she wondered if that was a racial profiling issue or just a coincidence.

and you would think that race is a pretty big deal here in america, with the george zimmerman case and all. but race is a huge deal in south africa. it's the major reason why there are no jury trials in south africa. the criminal justice system there is vastly different than it is in the united states. jury trials in south africa were abolished in 1969. because under apartheid, there were some very serious worries that racial prejudice by white jurors against black defendants could manifest themselves in court. so a single judge, and as it turns out in this particular case, a black woman, who is presiding, decides the verdict and will decide the pistorius verdict. she must give clear reasons for her decision, as every other judge does there as well. in the high courts that look only at the most serious crimes, that judge gets a little help in the way of two people sitting at either side of her. they're called assessors. they're experts. they're legal or medical or some who help her to sort through the evidence. and they determine the facts, not the law. they work on the fact, and they
