glenn "hurricane" schwartz is here with a look at your forecast, glenn. >> yeah. i believe they will be able to play this afternoon. we have kind of a weird picture here. this is east in pennsylvania. we have a lot of clouds. cloud cover throughout the area. you can see that we are still seeing some of that rain up into the lehigh valley. nothing more than a couple of drizzle drops farther to the south. we have storm ranger 10 out in burlington county tracking that rain that came in early this morning. we are going to send it to where the storms are going go this afternoon so we'll be able to get real close to those storms and potentially the strongest storms. not much ton radar now as you can see. we are also seeing a little bit of drying down to the south here. we are going to be watching for that later and this line of showers potentially developing into thunderstorms later on today. as we go hour by hour not much going on this afternoon. they will be able to play ball. they will be able to go outside and might even be peeks of sunshine especially south jersey.

glenn? >> yeah, tracy, we do have more rain and some places will get hit harder especially delaware and in south jersey. this is what we're seeing now. south jersey and the philadelphia area getting hit pretty hard, but there is another area down by washington that's coming straight up at us and even if the rain tapers off a little bit, it is going to be increasing and getting heavier. we do have one fairly heavy area right over philadelphia itself. right now that is moving to the northeast as you just saw head the toward northeast philly, so it will taper off for a while, but you saw that other area that is coming in. we've also had more rain in this area right to mays landing to other areas. some of these places have already seen over an inch and there will be localized flooding in that area, but to the north and west of that area and a lot of pennsylvania counties much lighter rain. we'll have fewer hours of rain. it's still not a pretty day, but it's not as nasty as what we're going to s

glenn: sure. my basic argument there was that -- there was very important information that came from this past election, on both left and right. i think the division might be those who are benefited by globalization versus those who are not, rather than the traditional left versus right thinking. that is the point number one. the consensus we have had post-reagan about how you grow the economy domestically by interconnecting with the world and how the benefits of that are spread across everybody has broken down, largely because, as the senator outlined, we ignored the distributional effects, the uneven benefits, and the narrowly defined communities and industries. i think the answer is not just -- my argument is, the answer is not just to have a series of policies that cap has stood for. you and i have written about together to create the kind of fairness that we need in our economy to send a message to people in the economy have been devastated by the last 30 years, but it is to embrace a set of

the body of senator glenn, he passed away in december. he was buried in april.at the dover air force base mortuary, a major u.s. military mortuary facility. they were caring for his remains in a secure fashion until burial in april. i don't even know where to begin. dod inspectors were there conducting an inspection of the mortuary, and they reported that a mortuary employee offered them the opportunity to view the remains of senator glenn. i want to say right away, senator glenn's family was informed of this incident. right now there is no indication that anybody viewed the remains of senator glenn, two very important points to make. but now a full investigation under way. these dod inspectors said they reported back to the pentagon they were offered this very disturbing opportunity to view senator glenn's remains. and now, of course, the investigation looking at did this employee or any of the employees at dover make this same offer, if you will -- i'm not sure that's the right word -- to anyone else at the mortuary? dover is an extraordinarily unique and hono
