. >> reporter: good morning to you, sam and kris. family of the missing man will be providing dna samples to confirm whether or not the body parts found this past weekend in hayward do, in fact, belong to piseth chhay. chhay who is a san francisco uber driver disappeared this past mother's day. on saturday morning the sherr ef's office here in alameda county found body parts inside a hayward way house. authorities complained of a foul smell. that is connected to a man named bob tang, a long time friend of chhay and a person of interest in the case. they found the car abandoned at sfo after he skipped out on an interview with them and believe he fled to cambodia. the body parts found saturday are mutilated and decomposed. they can only be identified through dna. >> i just hope and pray it's not my husband. i need all your prayers that the body parts doesn't belong to my husband. he has to come home to his boys. he has to come home to his boys and to me. he has to come home. he has to come home. >> reporter: the missing man's wife tell

reporting live, john gonzalez, "good morning washington." samit's 6:17 and we follow breaking news out of iran. more than one is dead and a dozen wounded in two separate terrorist attack. the first attack at the you'reian parliament report four gunmen stormed the parliamentary building possibly taking hostages. look at the video just coming from from tehran. right now it's too early to tell what happened to all the gunmen inside the building but state media reports the situation is under control. these are images of the chaos that unfolded after the initial attack. 30 minutes after the first attack began, a gunman and suicide bomber attacked a shrine about 10 miles outside of tehran. images on social media showed severed body parts in that area and the last 40 minutes or so, the associated press now reporting that isis is responsibility for both attacks. this would mark the first major attack by isis within iranian borders. as we get new information, we'll pass it along. at the live desk, i'm sam sweeney. now back upstairs to you, larry. larry:

. >> reporter: good morning to you, sam and kris. the city of san jose estimates that this new minimum wage hike will impact about 115,000 workers within the city limits. if you're not familiar right now those workers earn $10.50 an hour. starting tomorrow the minimum wage here within the city jumps to $12 an hour. it'll jump again in january to $13.50 and january 1st of 2019 up to the max of $15 an hour. the san jose city counscil vote for and approved the increases back in november. according to the city's own analysis, the increase from $10.50 to the $15 an hour will amount to a pay increase of $3,000. however, a labor ex personality at uc berkeley recently told nbc bay area minimum wage hikes in general don't have as big an impact on jobs as you might think as those people make more, they typically spend more. those two things end up balancing each other out. incidentally san francisco's minimum wage also goes up tomorrow to $14 an hour. reporting live here in san jose, bob redell, "today in the bay." >> the pay scale going on. t
