there is graffiti there, down this street. if steve can follow me over there there is a coffee shop here at frank ogala plaza. i want to show you one of the plate glass windows here overnight. looks like someone threw something through the window. what we are seeing is that some of the occupy oakland protesters are putting up signs. this says, actions not done by the people. they are trying to distinguish themselves saying this doesn't represent them. we have seen them out here with their own cleaning supplies, with brooms, cleaning up glass. overnight police say a group broke off and it wasn't representative of what was going on all day with the strike and the occupy oakland movement. someone set fires. one oakland police officer i spoke with said the group threw rocks and bottles, roman candles and a lit flare at police officers who had to call for help from other agencies. this group even took over a vacant building near frank ogala plaza where the encampment is. police officers are saying this was carried out by peaceful p
