this one is called mission valencia green gateway. here is some information about the costs on the top slide this. is currently out for advertisement. one significant project that is extremely cool and it's the only of its kind is to daylight yosemite creek. this creek has the headwaters which are my mclaren park and that creek water, that historically ran as a creek, all of that clean water gets into our collection system and takes up capacity. so what we're looking at doing is opening that up, exposing that to the surface, collecting it, actually having a cistern that collects that water and used for park irrigation. it's a very effective eipp. what we are endeavoring to do is maximize the amount of drainage areas that each of these projects manages. so we're really trying to get as much flow as possible into each of these projects. this is another shot of yosemite creek daylighting. can you can see each of the projects has public benefits. this has a plaza, seating area, incorporating bike safety, pedestrian safety, these are other

so, a lot of action and activity on a green infrastructure. the rest of the green infrastructure projects will begin construction in early 2016. we have developed a contractor training program and we've given three sessions to contractors because we've been challenged by the fact that some contractors, they know landscaping. they know plans. they mostly work at bringing green infrastructure together to make it performance-based isn't always logical were clear to them. so, we developed for modules and held three sessions and we will actually have a certification program ultimately. contractors are bidding on those jobs that are shown on the list, they will have to have the certification. a lot of gone to our training. it's unfortunate those techs are right in front of the slide but, we are also continuing the watershed assessment. we just finished up the west side of analysis. on construction site, as i mentioned, with several projects moving along. the first is the green tariff proceeding. last time i was here we talked about that and the city filed a protest to pg&e's advice letter, implementing the green tariff program. just a couple of things that i wanted to highlight from that. one area that we took issue with was pg&e's proposed bill presentment for the green tariff. they have collapsed a number of charges for the program into a single line, which we think sort of obscures the ability to make comparisons between green tariff and our cca program this. is an issue that we didn't raise alone. other ccas raised this issue as well. and the other is that pg&e had proposed some customer switching rules on their terms. such that if a customer deenrolled in green tariff, they would not be able to re-enroll for a year. and the issue that we raised there is just that during the cca enrollment period, there is a chance that pg&e customers that have signed up for the green tariff will be pulled out of that program. they may want to stay in that program, and so the rules should
