all the water from greenville gets into the larger tributaries, suzanne, and it's going to come back to the shore. areas that continue to see rainfall, the good news is though it's lifting, the eastern edge is lifting northward, shift of problems not only in greenville, the same areas getting rain, but from myrtle beach, to florence. rescues are occurring even as we speak. now also the estuaries, areas of the outer banks are going to see heavy amounts of rain. there will be evacuations taking place in north carolina, back still into south carolina, an additional 6 to 10 inches on top of historic rains have already fallen. this is not due to the hurricane so to speak. it is now passing bermuda, but the southern flank of moisture has been making its way in thanks to an area of low pressure sitting and spinning in georgia. it's finally sliding away. that's good news. however, another 24 hours of rain. look at the winds are coming in and have been coming in for ten days from the northeast. so, again, coastal erosion then the river flooding will continue most likely for a few more days so
