texas governor greg abbott has been sending migrants to other states, claiming his state is overwhelmed by people crossing the border. our time now. 408 san francisco police say they've made an arrest in a deadly attack on a san francisco shopkeeper during a robbery. now police arrested santos de la rosa on suspicion of murder, robbery and assault. it happened back in august at the store in the richmond district on 41st avenue and balboa street. the 60 year old clerk known to his customers as john, tried to stop the 21 year old suspect from stealing. and he had the storekeeper had a baseball bat. well police say dela rosa took that bat away from the store keeper and beat him with it before he left the store. the store keeper suffered a brain injury and then died a few days after that attack. police are expected to give us more information about this later today. the city of san francisco asking the supreme court to overturn a ruling on homelessness. now the court ruling from a federal appeals court requires local governments to two offer shelter here before clearing an encampment. city
