joining us now florida republican representative greg stuebe with us again.to have you back on. the governor of florida, ron desantis, says he will block the biden administration vaccine passport in florida. what do you think of this idea? >> i think it's a great idea. i hope there is more governors out in the country that will stand against this type of action from our national government mandating that individuals have to show some type of a proof of getting the vaccine to travel in our country. it is absolutely absurd when we look what is happening on our border right now. we have people coming across the border, 500 kids a day, who we know have covid, 10% of them, they're not even being tested. they're being shipped out all across the country to be in different places because there is not enough places on the border to house them. we'll force the citizens of our country to be able to show proof of being vaccinated in order to travel yet we're going to allow illegal immigrants to come across the border in droves without being tested for covid. elizabeth: o

joining me is florida congressman greg stuebe from house judiciary.so good to have you back on. >> good to see you. elizabeth: good to see you. kosh patel is key house investigator. he worked underneath devin nunez on house intelligence. he is now saying there is quote, more damning evidence of fbi misconduct in the trump-russia probe but that information is still being kept under wraps and classified. what do you think this has to do with? >> thankfully trump before he left office declassified some of those document the which we have but i can guarranty you there is treasure trove full of documents at fbi, doj. americans may never know what really happened in "crossfire hurricane." what really happened when the fbi as we know now was surveilling on the trump campaign. we may never know. and so until there is, we're certainly not going to know under a biden administration. they will not let the information go. it is very troubling to me as a member of congress on the judiciary committee there are things that happened at the fbi, there is bad malfeasan

here is congressman greg stuebe, republican from florida.crease the death rate and the virus rate in florida? you sick and tired of that yet? >> well, remember a year ago we were told three weeks to flatten the curve. three weeks to stop the spread. you don't have to wear a face mask unless you're sick. now a year later we actually know the facts. because you have facts from florida, a very different approach. in fact like california and new york. we've been open in florida since may. our kids have been in school since may. our numbers are very comparable to california despite the fact that we have a more diverse population, a more elderly population. if you look at numbers compared to new york, we have less deaths, less probability of covid, people getting infected with covid here in florida. we've been open. all of that in the beginning of the scientists telling us we needed to lock down. there is no science behind that. there is no fact or truth behind that. you have a year's worth of facts and evidence and real numbers to look at you can
