lamar, springfield, pueblo, trinidad this afternoon, 70s in eagle, rifle, grand junction 68, same in gunnison. the airport 74, sunshine with winds out of the east about 13 miles per hour. makes it feel comfortable outside. right now in the backyard we're at 75 degrees, this weekend just fantastic. so far so good. we're nice and dry on hd doppler 9. i'll take you to the pacific northwest where once again they're watching a series of storms starting to push in yet again, more rain for the seattle area and a little light snowfall across the cascades. a good chunk of the midsection of the country, nothing going on. high pressure taking over, but across the northeast a cold front is pushing in bringing them heavy rains. what will be interesting abou storm it will scoop in some of that cold canadian air, drop it back down into the northeast and potentially this weekend they could be looking at a little bit of snowfall. so that's their storm system. high pressure around here with that one quick one that's just pushing in, sliding just to our north, but again warm and dry for not only colorado for th
