and in terms of the severe gusty winds to be that main severe weather player for today. don't expect it to be a widespread severe threat but think back to tuesday evening where we had some thunderstorms that put down some trees. that's going to be about what we see, a broken line of storms. some hail can't be ruled out. and an isolated tornado but the winds are going to be the bigger player. and there's going to be heavy rain within the thunderstorms. let's talk about the futurecast, the timing of this and how it's going to impact your evening commute. from here towards 2:00 p.m., look how we start to see thunderstorms popping up, especially along the i-81 corridor. they'll form into a broken line of storms. 3:30, leesburg, fairfax county as well, and by 4:30, right on top of 95. everybody is trying to rush home for the holiday weekend. there will be rain, gusty winds that you're trying to leave work. 5:00 p.m., right over prince george's county. and it will continue towards the delmarva to 7:00 p.m. and then after we get past about 8:00 or 9:00, most of the severe weath
