the man accused of killing uva student hannah graham is set for trial for killing a woman in fairfax. >> reporter: there a victim that that -- for a sexual assault of a woman in fairfax. >> reporter: there is a victim that there is some question about whether she would be fit to testify and the prosecution arguing she may be too tired after a long trip. jesse matthew is accused of assaulting the woman in 2005 in fairfax county. since that alleged incident she moved back to her home country of india but traveled here today for the trial arriving today and the prosecution requested they wait until tomorrow to hear testimony because she'd be too tired after making that long trip, but the judge said she would need to testify in order to see whether she could id matthew. one of the other two issues was whether to ban the media from her pretrial testimony. the defense argued matthew could not receive a free trial if the media reported how the victim -- a fair trial if the media reported how the victim testified. the judge denied the motion. the media will be allowed into the hearing. there
