on the very successful children zone model where a community at a very distinct case in this case harlem, the community there is being provided with social and academic support to ensure that their children and families success academically and then in life. the strategy there is a whole host of cradle to college to career services that are very focused on children and families. one of the key things here is the integration by services that are specifically targeted, similar to what we are trying to establish is to make sure that every child graduates from college. at the harlem children's zone, the thing that they're working for whether they have a kid in the promise academy from 7:00 until 6:00 in the evening or whether they only see a child for after school tutoring once a week. they're all hold the the same level of accountability is to make sure that child graduates college. so we want to create a similar goal for ourself here. so that talks a little bit about our vision which is to make sure that every child and family excels. we want to make sure that kids are ready to start schoo
