brit hume, jane harmon, director of the woodrow wilson center, syndicated columnist, george will, and chuck lane from "the washington post." brit, what do you make of the new barack obama? do you buy his rhetoric? what do you think of his plan? >> well, the rhetoric is strikingly similar, as you pointed out, which we heard from his predecessor in the aftermath of 9/11 and beyond. so, it's something new. the plan, it seems to me, is different in the sense that it is -- envisions a relatively small participation of the u.s., no ground forces, although it is manifestly true that you have to have ground forces to dislodge people from territory and the ground forces available in iraq might be sufficient to roll back isis there. unmistakenably the ground forces in syria are not. they would be trained, according to this plan, but seems to me at a glashl pace compared to what has been the mediocre growth of isis. it seems doubtful this plan will succeed. >> i want to pick up on that with you, congresswoman harmon, specialically the question of moderate rebels. in his news conference this week
