this afternoon, harper is behind bars.nn's jim spellman, embedded with an fbi task force, has this exclusive on harper's takedown. >> i got a call this morning from the fbi in denver telling me they had a strong lead on the whereabouts of one of their top ten most wanted fugitives, this guy named edward harper. he has been on the run since the mid '90s, so i'm jumping in the car and heading up to casper, wyoming to see if i can't catch up with the fbi as they try to apprehend him. harper's accused of molesting two girls in mississippi, failed to appear for a court appearance in 1994 and has been on the lam ever since. fbi told me they believe that he is living in a camper of some sort, off in the woods, somewhere in a rougeal area of wyoming. fbi sources say they are very concerned about a ruby ridge-type situation. in 1992, federaling as tried to arrest a man in rural idaho and it turned into an 11-day siege that left one u.s. marshal and two others dead. the case became a rallying cry for right-wing militias. this is the
