hartford shares shot up.s been confirmed that they did deliver a proposal to acquire hartford, that is chubd, roughly $6 a is what they're talking about, they say it is a majority character and stock, i'm hearing that majority may be 55%, but don't hold me to that, i'm sort of giving you a range, but not 80%. okay we're talking far lower than that but a majority in cash most of the analysts coming out this morning are saying we think hartford's worth a lot more than 65 just looking at even raymond james here, 75 to 85 that's an average, targets were acquired on average from 14.3 p/e or 1.8 times price over book and that gets you to 75 to 85, there it is, or more, might be enough for the shareholders to approve. we'll see. by the way have regulators in there including connecticut. they don't want to lose jobs on hartford, no gout that but you got to imagine that chubb has to make some promises there. a very brief statement from hartford but the board of directors is committed to acting in the best interest of
