in hayward, police are investigating the fatal shooting. happened around 8:45 p.m. last night. the 900 block of four sella's way. a man was suffering from gunshot wounds and died at the scene. victim has not been identified yet. police are looking for a motive and released from authorities, he is a person of interest wanted in the case a shooting at a tattoo party. here is his description. new speaker we will not go into detail about our interest in him other than the fact that he is definitely someone would like to identify. we are not releasing any names right now. there are still some issues concerning involvement, how many people are involved in promoting the party. new speaker here was the scene after the party when the shooting happened as hundreds were gathered. as the party was letting out, there were two shooters who opened fire. person was shot in san francisco, officers responded to a shooting on franconia's street around 10:00 p.m.. the suspects were seen running into a nearby house. police were able to catch that person and they're now in custody. >> the time is 7:

michelle le disappeared from the kaiser hospital in hayward on may 27. police turned to giselle, michelle's high school friend, as a suspect. there had been reports that giselle esteban was jealous of michelle and may have blamed her for coming between her and the father of her 5-year-old son. video of the parking lot shows esteban was at the hospital that night that michelle le disappeared and there was evidence that esteban had been in le's car, they found dna evidence on her shoe and found cell phone records that showed that the two women were tracking similar path the day michelle disappeared. le's body was found on september 17 in a rural area in the sunol-pleasanton border. up until now giselle esteban has not had bail. today that request that anne mentioned that the attorney is going to mention is a request for bail. in a case of murder bail can be up to $2.5 million. to this more than the defense attorney hasn't been confident about the fact that she will get bail. will she even show up today? two times previously she hasn't shown up blaming the medical

but michelle le disappeared from the kaiser in hayward on the 27th of may. police turned to giselle as a suspect. she was a high school friend of michelle's and it was video surveillance footage that really led them to pursue her. they saw she was present in the kaiser parking lot at the time that michelle disappeared. investigators later found evidence that esteban had been in le's car and dna evidence found additionally cell found records tied esteban to the death. the body was found. this morning she is expected to enter a plea. her defense attorney will ask that she be granted bail. she has been held in jail without bail this entire time and because of her condition, the attorney wants her out of jail as soon as possible. >> thank you. >>> 4:35. road rage is suspected in a collision that killed a motorcyclist and shut down an east bay freeway. 31-year-old eddie hall from oakland is held for suspicion of murder and felony hit-and- run. hall has a clean record. witnesses tell police though the paratransit van driver intentionally swerved into a group of motorcycl

hayward. breaking news is topping our broadcast this afternoon. montgomery county police are on the scene of a murder suicide at an assisted living facility in rockville. it happened this morning at the lutheran home on veers drive. bruce is on the scene with more details. bruce? >> reporter: yeah j.c. an awful story, but a story a lot of us are way, way too familiar with. a murder suicide involving a husband and wife. the husband turned up this morning about 9:30 at the front door of what used to be the national lutheran home. now it is just called the village at rockville. he checked in with security at about that time, he went back to his wife's room, she was an inpatient here, and sometime after 9:30, the staff here heard shots fired, people rushed back there, and they found both the husband and the wife deceased. the wife apparently had been a patient here for some period of time. she was in what they call subacute care. we don't know whether it involved alzheimer's disease or dementia or anything like that. but clearly, the people here very, very shaken. >> at appro
