after another here in san jose. we are across the street from andrew hill high school where classes resumed earlier this morning. all police will say is officers were conducting a followup investigation. they won't say what kind of investigation. now when they approached the man here until the parking lot of a strip mall on center road. police say that man. uled a gun on officers. two officers opened fire and killed the man. he has not yet been identified, nor have police said if he is the man officers were looking for in their followup investigation. it happened again just after 10:00 last night, this is already the seventh officer-involved shooting of the year here in san jose. now of those shootings, four have been fatal, the last year the city registered five officer-involved shootings. there are several businesses here because center road is closed, the northbound side is for about half a block, it affects several businesses, there's a 7-eleven and gas station opened. they've been closed for eight hours as poli
