he's from hernandez's home town and has ties to hernandez's family.ear-old man, alexander bradley. he's suing hernandez for allegedly shooting him after an argument at a miami strip club. it all comes less than a week after hernandez was arraigned on murder charges in odin lloyd's death and pled not guilty. "boston globe" reporters wesley lowery joins me now. a lot of these witnesses are reluctant to testify, including this guy who was allegedly shot in the face by hernandez. >> exactly. alexander bradley, who has alleged in a civil suit that aaron hernandez shot him in the face outside of a strip club in miami, florida, earlier this year, has not been cooperative at all. in fact, florida law enforcement officials have told us that's why hernandez has not been charged, one of the reasons hernandez has not been charged if that shoots is because bradley won't talk to him. he's trying to sue in civil course, but he will not talk to police about what allegedly happened when he was shot in the face. he has testified before a grand jury once before, but, yo

what do they actually have on hernandez? >> i think the prosecution is quite confident about what they have on hernandez. what they have is video of him going in the car, picking up lloyd who is the victim, going into a car park with lloyd, coming out of an industrial park without lloyd. so that's powerful in and of itself. plus, you have other video surveillance after the crime of mr. hernandez with a gun. but most important is what's in the pocket of the prosecution. and that is one of the codefendants, if not both of them, may be cooperating with the prosecution. we shall see. i think both sides, again, massachusetts, grit lawyering, just the same kind of lawyering we saw in the bulger case. both sides excellent. and what they're doing is putting on their spin, as they should. >> these aren't hernandez's only troubles. there are other cases that could develop. how would those cases affect this case? >> well, the most porptd one, of course, is a double homicide that occurred in 2012 in boston. hernandez is a suspect, and c

hernandez is held without bail. authorities in tuolumne are still dividing whether to file charges against a hunter accuses of igniting the devastating rim fire around yosemite national park. the forest service officials say the massive blaze was started by a hunter burning an illegal fire. the flames have burned 237,000 acres and the fire is 80 percent contained but it continues to spread in the yosemite national park. firefighting costs have topped $82 million. the hunter could be financially liable. yosemite national park's camp owned by the city of san francisco was spared from the flames and it will be used as a base camp for recovery operation that starts on sunday. >> students are again attending an elementary school that was closed down because someone stole the water supply over the labor day weekend. this happened in bridgeville using a garden hose to drain 20,000 gallons of water from a tank into a large water tuck without water, the school could not use the bathrooms and it is the second water theft. a m
