by nature coast that means pasco, hernando and citrus county. crystal, river, hernando is breaking up a little bit. the line is sliding southward. it will be out of the sugar mill woods area 45 minutes. that means hernando, springhill, brooksville, hudson, and conveniently trinity, new port richey, pasco county we are going to get a little bit of rain out of this, including dade city, wesley chapel. now, morning pinellas county has had a couple of sprinkles north of 60. there is the courtney campbell right there. up into westchase, linebaugh, sit res park mall a little bit of rain there. even carrollwood with some sprinkles. now, further south it's end of pinellas. bradenton beach, that's moving inland. this is spotty. the rain chance stays with you here in manatee, sarasota county even, even hillsborough and polk county through about 2 to 3:00 in the morning. we will still have a sprinkle chance left over from that. not a lot now in polk county. there won't be a lot. we will have a couple sprinkles. we will be tracking that overnight tonight. i

hernando has fixed nearly all of them. commuters officially have a new way to travel across tampa bay this morning. the cross bay ferry took its maiden voyage tuesday.. with community leaders on board. but today... it's open to the public. the ferry goes from st. pete's vinoy basin.. to downtown tampa. it's about a 50 minute trek across the bay. tickets are 10- dollars one-way for adults... and 8-dollars for kids under 12. kids 3 and under can ride for free. big news this morning from port tampa bay... carnival cruise lines is adding a second.. year round ship: "the carnival miracle!" city officials view it this way...more passengers - equals more tourism dollars the miracle will join the paradise in year-round operation. it could usher in more than a million passengers each year through the terminal. according to visit tampa bay... each passenger spends about 170- dollars each day. when you do the math-- that's big bucks. the 21-hundred passenger ship will offer week-long trips to 4 caribbean hotspots. now this won't happ
