each of the enterprises, water, waste water, and hetch hetchy water were included in this review. waste water underwent a 100% full count. this quarter's audit highlight is city services auditors citywide fleet manager audits. they issued the report to the general services agency, however, this report does not apply to the p.u.c. even though we were a participant by providing field data for their field work and supporting documentation, as well. the audit objective was to assess whether the city effectively managed the life cycle of its vehicle fleet. city service auditor made 11 total recommendations to the general services agency that included improvements to the coordination of vehicle purchases prior to department budget approvals. also further clarifying the see emissions vehicle ordinance. again, these recommendations did not apply to the sfpuc. g.s.a. did partially or fully concurred with all of the recommendations. our current out lock in q-2 ending december 31, we're expected to complete the following audited. a citywide cart audit financial audit for fiscal year 16-17, a

goal is to provide the best materials, services and supplies to the 250 people that work here at hetch hetchy, and turn, that supports everyone here in the city. i have a very small, but very efficient and effective team. we really focus hard on doing things right, and then focus on doing the right thing, that benefits everyone. >> the accounting team has several different functions. what happens is because we're so remote out here, we have small groups of people that have to do what the equivalent are of many people in the city. out here, our accounting team handles everything. they love it, they know it inside out, they cherish it, they do their best to make the system work at its most efficient. they work for ways to improve it all the time, and that's really an amazing thing. this is really unique because it's everybody across the board. they're invested it, and they do their best for it. >> they're a pretty dynamic team, actually. the warehouse team guys, and the gals over in accounting work very well together. i'm typically in engineering, so i don't work with them all day on an every d
