concord to pleasant hill. that track will take some time to be fully repaired. we have been tracking those delays this morning, and the alternative routes, what are some of those issues that commuters need to prepare for this morning as they head out? >> well, you know, primarily that yellow line, antioch to sfo, i did just see a tweet from bart with an update, and what it does show is passengers traveling on the antioch line can expect up to a 15 minute delay in the antioch and sfo direction, due to that line between pleasant hill station. as of right now, there is no direct service to build break, they can transfer to richmond train at 19th street according to bart, there is a county connection offering routes 11 and 14, between pleasant hill and the concord bart station, so this is going to take some time, no eta of course on when this will all be back on track, so you can expect to keep those delays, also because of that power problem, there is no direct service to san francisco, from the richmond line, so

we are in the emerald hills area of san mateo county. this road has been closed off quite some time. it was parallel to the 280 which has had slower traffic and the flames could be seen from the freeway. when we first arrived it was different. black smoke was on the hills behind us. now it is a different scene. we're told the fire containment is headed in the right direction. when we responded to the fire after 2:20 in this area of edgewood road and crestview drive, smoke was visible along i280. and evacuations were ordered for residents. there were two different fire locations. one of them is the edgewood fire. it is still burning. firefighters have been keeping an eye on it. it is in proximity to a pg&e substation along the road. the fire was burning into the transformer station area. i saw a smaller brush fire burning into the area earlier. power along the peninsula has been shut off some time now. there can be more impact if there is damage to the substation. as of now, the evacuation reunification center is at the college. we will h
