good morning. >> reporter: hoda, good morning.hree of the four killed yesterday were in that building you see behind me 18 flight simulator, the fourth person was the pilot and now investigators are here on the scene to start figuring out exactly what went wrong. the twin engine slammed into the building shortly after takeoff sparking a fire that sent clouds of smoke high in the air. inside, pilots, practicing maneuvers in flight simulators. the pilot of the king air 200 identified as 53-year-old mark goldstein, tried turning back to the runway when an engine failed. >> he didn't have enough altitude. probably less than 30 seconds. >> reporter: witnesses say goldstein struggled to climb leaving him the only one struggling to maintain control. air traffic transmissions captured his dilemma, he called the tower soon after getting airborne. >> declared emergency. >> reporter: a few seconds of silence, then this. >> what's on fire? >> we just lost an aircraft. >> reporter: johnson saw something but was uncertain what. >> it was windy
