amanda plasencia is live from homestead with more tonight. have police released any details on what may have happened? >> reporter: well, yes, jackie and jawan. thankfully this 10-year-old boy is safe after he was found at the police station. they were searching for him high and low. earlier he was last scene here outside his mother's home at the aquarium trailer park in homestead. we don't know where the child was found but police say he was with his older brother, 21-year-old roberto-bermudez hernandez. the boy's mother said she had a custody battle with her ex-husband so she was worried that he was working with the older son to take him to mexico. it ended up being a big misunderstanding as the boy's brother finally called the police to say he had taken the little boy unharmed. he was missing since 11:00 a.m. this morning and the mother is relieved that this is all over and the little boy has been found very safe. reporting live from homestead, >>> a teen girl in florida city was killed last october. miami police now have in custody the su
