i don't think they're as much on their front foot as honeywell. they already deployed their capital on the collins deal and this is a late-cycle business that turned slowly the last several years it's been all about the negatives of the gee turbo fan engine as well as margins and those are stabilizing and moving in the right direction. just like everything that always comes back to ge, i believe when people are looking at ge and ignoring the substantial negative cash flow at the power business, which i believe is somewhat structural and giving all of the credit in the world to their aviation business, which is currently earning a dramatically higher margin than what utx is earning in a very visible investment cycle, i see a significant disconnect there if you believe in ge's aerospace macrolonger term, i just don't see how you can look at the gear turbo fan investment they're making, $3 billion current cash drag currently that is very visible negatively and discount it forever that's been one of our favorite pairs while we went back to utv and utx
