police say it happened near his home on horton street around 7:30 last night. last week another man was killed while walking his dogs in west philadelphia. there have been no arrests in either case. >>> in south jersey a middle school aide is charged with sexually assaulting a former student. 41-year-old jennifer pasqual engaged in sex acts with the middle school student between november of 2013 and may of this year. they say the relationship began when the victim was 14 years old and the alleged acts happened away from the school. she was arrested yesterday at the ann mullen school where she had been working and is being held in the county jail. the gloucester school district superintendent says we are deeply saddened to learn of the allegations of misconduct. he goes on to say we will not tolerate conduct inappropriate or unbecoming of a stam member. upon note nication of the allegations the district terminated the aide arrested yesterday. >>> to a scathing report that recommended serious changes to the philadelphia police department when it came to the use o
