forthcoming book, where hunter goes in detail about his own struggle with addiction. he has been forth coming about it talking able his battle with alcohol and drug abuse. former president trump brought it up during one of the debates against biden. and biden at the time tried to turn it into a way that american families can relate to what his own family has been going through. that a topic you often hear him go back to. there are many families across the country that are also -- struggling with someone who is struggling with addiction and substance abuse. and hunter was also a flash point but since his father became president, he has really maintained a low profile. you remember in december, we learned that hunter biden was under investigation for his business dealings but the forthcoming book will really delve into his struggles with addictions. the president is spending his weekend here with his family in wilmington, delaware. he went to the doctor to get an x-ray on his foot. his physician says the fractures are completely healed and he will soon return to his ful

elizabeth: is former business partner, law firm partner to hunter biden's own attorney.o president biden put in to run the criminal division at the doj overseeing his own son's probe. what is going to happen there? >> yeah, liz. that relationship obviously is concerning that somebody was not only a law partner but worked cases with the head of the criminal division in private practice is representing hunter biden but in this case the u.s. attorney in delaware is leading that investigation. there will be very few things the criminal division would need to be access to get permission to do. in fact if it's a tax case a tax evasion case, that is actually going to be handled in permissions and approvals handled by the tax division which is separate and distinct from the criminal division. i know that relationship is concerning. we talked about it before as you mentioned but i think ultimately this case against hunter biden will be in the dominion and control of the u.s. attorney's office and they kept the u.s. attorney on who is leading that investigation. elizabeth: all rig
