i had thought because i was successful and i had a lot of money, i had a great career, that i had risen above all of the issues. and i realized probably around in my early 30s that i had not. so, prior to writing the book, i had done extensive sessions of therapy because i didn't want my past to win. i wanted to reap and enjoy all of the benefits of life and all of my efforts to have a great life. so, when i sat down to write it, was it difficult? yes. there were days where there was a lot of crying. there were days where there was a lot of laughter. human does run throughout the book despite the terrible stories you are telling me. the abuse in the early years was really strikeing, abuse from your family, abuse from some of the nuns in the convent you were sent to as a toddler. you were three years old. did it feel sometimes like everyone that was supposed to be you? >> no. there were certain people that were supposed to be taking care of me that were hurting me. but as a child, i just -- everything was very clear to me. it was confusing at first. who is my mother? who is my aunt? why

i always knew i was big, but i didn't know i was that big and seeing that picture of myself, i didn't#3) i always wanted to lose weight i just didn't know how to do it. i wanted to be able to like, go to the mall and just buy clothes like normal people do. i think the ddp yoga has given us a hobby that we've never had before. this has even brought us closer together just every day when we do the workouts. i remember us, like, doing some of the moves and we'd get so discouraged about not being able to do it, but we would work on it and keep working on it and we would eventually get it and we would be like "oh, my gosh look what we can do." 3678 sanctioning a neighbor had a noise complaint i was there and witnessed i mean, i didn't witness a violation any sound like outside i'm not saying that particular person didn't hear f that i - it was in the middle of the show when i have those there we got a complaint from about a venue on 16th street called ac c i went by to see if they had an inspection it's not our issue we received complaint if the supervisors office it is unresolved but not necessarily our issue so we'll fourth who what to do about that going forward a similar issues in nina's cafe about complaint about noise in the venue that's a restaurant but what we found is it is not entertainment and that a lot of times what the noise that is happening after close of business so we forwarded to the police department to handle the only other issue in regards to the neighborhood around kelly's irish bar it's dark around there this is potentially a safety issue i'm going to talk to the venue about it is not just their issue those are the major things i've worked on in the last several weeks. >> i'll be happy to answer any
