i think we have some video from monday see indiana where the rain came through. this flooding halfway through the road signs. this is the kind of flooding don't want to mess with. that's delaware county indiana, not pennsylvania but in pennsylvania some problems as well. we had flooding last night. you can see of course the cars on the road right there. not good to be driving through that. that guy shouldn't be doing it. we say turn around don't drive. never drive through a flooded roadway but problems out there this evening. let's look at what's happening closer to home. this is our pocono camera. i want to show you both the rain that's falling and also the gusty winds the branches and trees have really been blowing this afternoon and we're seeing it all crocks the region. get some reports that that people are losing power. in fact at my house as well after 38 hours without power from the last storm the power is now out again and we're hearing reports all across the region that the power is going as the wind maybe blows off those loose branches in the wake of tu
