i mean, indiana is a large state. they're putting in time on research and they want to gain experience. is that going to help them in their future legal careers? so i had worked actually with my predecessor in this role to go to the law school in bloomington, indiana to train a group of students on how to serve their local courts. this was train them on guardian ad litem work, which is independent third party officer and following a best interest standard, determine if guardianships even necessary. they're writing reports to the court and last year we kind of took that you know that solution and took it a step further. and when we applied for a grant, we wanted to create a model that links law students to these courts and all different kinds of indiana communities. there are a lot of issues with workforce staffing. courts want to have guardian ad litem, so they want to have direct advocates and attorneys serving for people who are at risk guardianship. but sometimes there's difficulties in recruiting all of the necess
