point next week we're going to release the results they're a little bit old but the result from the intuitively to2011 to 2013 to officers and complainant the reign why it has taken us to long we don't have a statustion on our staff or anyone that can prepare the report, however, an investigator had background there's antidotes and responses about people needing to hear back and dotting balthazar and i agree there are things to be put in place letters that maybe go out every couple of months we're still investigating your complaint then again it didn't satisfy everyone and it can take us a longer than the suggested 9 months to complete the investigation but i do think that there's always room for improvement to at least people are told at the begin of the interview process it could take up to a year but people are anxious and i think there are things we could put in place short of hiring another person that's at a responsibility for an investigator the investigators do, in fact communicate with complainant i review their work summaries but guarantee again more periodic contact thank you. >> any
