. >> todd: video showing the suspect in disappearance of naomi irion walking and waiting in a walmart parking lot moments before driving off with her. her brother joins me now. casey, i know this is a tough time for you, we appreciate you coming on. what goes through your mind when you see that video? >> when i first saw this video, i had just found out my sister was missing the night before and basically there wasn't a lot being done and i wanted, i needed facts. i went to the walmart myself, i knew that was part of her routine and i had information she did not go to work saturday and sunday and we were able to verify her bank account had no activity after saturday morning. sunday night we reported her missing. monday i went straight to the walmart and checked with security to see if i could see the cameras and basically watch today unfold. i went with intention of verifying she had made it, so i could try to figure out what happened to her and it was just this sinking feeling. i immediately ran out of the walmart and called the lyon county sheriff's department. >> todd: is there any

. >> reporter: as the search continues for 18-year-old naomi irion, her mother makes a desperate pleaning of march 12th. she was waiting inside her car in a walmart parking lot in fernley for a shuttle to take her to work when the man seen in this surveillance video walked up, got in with her, and drove away. >> the suspect approaches the vehicle, at 05: 25 hours it leaves the walmart parking lot with the suspect driving the vehicle. >> reporter: police say naomi was on social media right before she disappeared. her phone went dark. her car was found a few days later. they say her disappearance is criminal. >> we're working around the clock. our agency, the fbi, this has gone statewide, nationwide. >> reporter: over the weekend hundreds searched for her on foot, on horses, and atvs. >> when i heard that it happened in our little community and it was -- it was my friend's family member, i -- i couldn't -- it hurt. it struck home. >> reporter: her family is holding on to hope. >> this is life or death for a beautiful and fun and amazing sister, daughter, and friend. she was just startin
