cnn learns jack smith attended a meeting with trump's lawyers in washington, d.c. evan perezt do we know about this pool incident? seems fishy. >> it's one of the things prosecutors have been focusing on. they've been asking witnesses about this incident in october. sources telling kaitlan collins that there's an employee there at mar-a-lago who apparently drained the pool and the pool -- that caused a flooding inside the room where there's a server that holds surveillance equipment. the question that's driving these -- the question that prosecutors are raising is whether this was intentional? was this an attempt to try to damage surveillance equipment so they could not obtain and fill in gaps that they know exist or whether it was a complete accident? we know some of the testimony they received said it didn't damage the i.t. equipment here. obviously it's something that prosecutors are asking witnesses because they have been focussed on whether the -- again, part of the picture of obstruction that has been held over this entire investigation. >> what's really important here
