cbs 4 jaime leary is on the scene where she's been since 5:00 this morning. jaime, are you seeing the city act just yet? >>reporter: you know, things are pretty calm and quiet over here. just over my shoulder here, down park avenue. we did see a denver police officer swing by there and give a verbal warning to people over there to clear out or possibly face arrest. property. over here, things have cleared out at this point really, people are listening to the verbal warnings. sign on the ground actually, earlier, city officials put that sign-in side an ordinance that bans blocking of public way including sidewalks. that heard none initiated this clear out. they took that ordinance out for a second time, but other than that, things have been calm. there were a few people we thought may be weren't so inclined to clear out at all, but it was just yesterday that the ball park neighborhood was given notice of this cleanup. folks were handed fliers and told they had 24 hours to clear the belongings out. it was just that that happened. the homeless was joined this mor

jaime leary live from the capitol. jaime. >>reporter: good morning, alan. most par ties endorsing clinton and expects she'll win the nomination. it was bernie sanders who had overwhelming support at last night's caucuses. >> i think people are excited and really fired up against the republican nominees so they want to make sure we have a winning candidate on the democratic side. >> in boulder, it was the younger voters for bernie who outweighed the clinton voice. in many precincts, it was so crowded that people caucuses outside. it's the first at sending -- now that super tuesday is behind us, each party will hold successful assemblies and party conventions in april. both parties will hold primaries in june. bernie came out a favorite last night, colorado caucuses is not reliable. in 2012, rick upset romney in the straw poll, but romney went to get the most colorado delegates at a gop state assembly. since republicans abandoned the straw poll, instead they decided to voice their support for local and state races. they even put forward a few candidates that

jaime leary is getting a look. good morning, jaime. >>reporter: good morning, britt. you can see behind me, homeless camps still in place on sidewalks. we're on -- near lawrence and broadway. this morning, city officials will can see tarps and other personal belongings. by the time the city gets here, those will be moved forcibly to a storage facility. because of a city ordinance, these folks cannot have any of their belongs or camps on the sidewalks at this point in time. the city says they're doing this -- it has become a health and safety risk. that's basically why they're doing this. the people who live in the camp say there's no getting rid of homelessness in colorado. the homeless coalition says the efforts of the city can costly, and unproductive, but these folks here, some of them say they will clear out when the city comes today, but there's officially no set time, but let's take a listen to what some of these folks said. >> there was a paper today saying they're going to do this and doing that. out here, us, but they're not trying to help us either. >> that'
