"eyewitness news" reporter jan carabeo live at septa's glennside station to see how the new plan is going, jan? train left on time, plenty of seats available, but septa reported at least one delay on another line. so we will keep an eye out on. that will septa officials promising at least a little bit of relief for regional rail riders today. they have added 1700 seat, thank, to a partnership, leasing agreement, with three other transit agencies take a look at the individual joe, starting today septa regional rail operating on interim weekday schedule. septa is adding trains and stops and departure times, and just adjusted slightly, as women, through the leased equipment with nj transit, mark, maryland, septa has access to three additional locomotives and 18 more passenger cars so you can see some trains and cars from out of state added cap as if i will have relief, dealing with crowded cars, delays, and bypassing trains. septa still figuring out who bring 120 side line silver liner cars back to service, taken off the rales because of structural defect. with them went about 13,000 seats.

jan carabeo bow is live at saint christopher's. you talked to someone who knows the girl? >> reporter: brook and jim, that's right. we talked to the family and a family friend just outside of saint christopher's hospital this morning. they tell us the 16-year-old was shot in the leg, treated here but already been released this morning, they say s, of course, she is shaken up, they're seeking justice, investigators believe the 16-year-old is an innocent bystander. making her had the third teenager. this happened just before 11:00 last night at the intersection of o and lycoming street. the teenager was walking home with her aunt and four-year-old little cousin at the time. they say the victim saw a group of guys doing drugs. then saw one of them with a gun. scared, she grabbed her four-year-old cousin and ran but before she knew it, the 16-year-old was shot. we're told the teen found a family nearby and helped her call police. in the meantime, a 23-year-old man was driven to area frankford hospital shot in the chest. he was later transferred to area torresdale in critical c
