thank you, jana. >>> two of three suspects are now in custody in an alleged hate crime killing in el sobrante. ray simons was arrested over the weekend in monterey county after a domestic dispute. his arrest comes in the midst of a preliminary hearing for the first suspect daniel porter kelly. both accused of killing william sims outside the capri club last month. investigators say simons pulled the trigger. the victim's family was in court to hear the testimony today. >> it was a challenge for them to make the decision that they wanted to come out, that they wanted to hear, you know, the dirty details. but it's important. they want to know what happened to their son, they want to know why it happened. >> the third suspect daniel ortega remains at large. the hearing for porter kelly continues tomorrow. >>> a man was found stabbed to death in san francisco's castro district today. police say they received reports of the stabbing near 18th and diamond streets around 3:00 this afternoon. they found the victim lying on the sidewalk outside a post office with a knife still in his chest. h
