janine de la vega, ktvu channel 2 news. >>> we want to go back to developing news on the golden gate bridge. it looks like there's still a problem on southbound 101, two lanes are shut down because a newly paved section of roadway started to crumble during this morning's commute. it looks like the entire bridge is shut down right now. now, there was a problem with new asphalt that road crews used last night in the area of the north anchorage. these are live pictures from newschopper2. it looks like cars are completely stopped on the span for the moment. repairs are not expected to be completed until about 6:00 this morning. now it looks like they are letting some traffic go through there. southbound traffic will be limited to two lanes until all of the work is done. you can see the newly-paved area. possibly part of the problem. you can see the crews working also on those lanes to try to fix the crumbling asphalt that became a problem on the golden gate bridge. we'll continue to follow this story on ktvu, on air and online. >>> the contra costa county board of supervisors could annou
