>> catherine:a british tourist who was stabbed during a robbery last month near san francisco's japantown -- has died. surveillance video has been released. the incident happened february 18th. the man had been walking with his niece when he was held up and stabbed in the head - near post and franklin. he died in the hospital last night. the suspects -- a man and woman - have not been caught. san francisco police have arrested two people in the shooting death that happened outside a mcdonald's last month. 21-year-old kenya cyprien and johnny jackson. were taken into custody yesterday. they're accused of killing 23- year-old curtis cail. it happened in february. outside the mcdonald's restaurant at 11- hundred fillmore street. investigators said they believe cail was "targeted". highway 17 in the south bay has long been known as one of the bay area's most dangerous roads. with a spike in crashes - kron four's rob fladeboe reports that the twisting mountain highway is more than living up to its reputation. >> reporter:sixty thousand vehicles a day are traveling 'over the hill' as it's known
