i' m jennifer davis reporting. jason: new information about the murder of a 13-year-old cancer survivor in virginia. investigators now say she may have met her killers on social media. nicole lovell snuck out of the house last week and was found stabbed to death on saturday. two virginia tech college students are charged in connection with the murder. her mother wants answers. >> nicole was very lovable. she touched many people throughout her' s short life. jason: investigators have not determined a motive for the girl' s killing. a security guard is now indicted on first-degree murder charges in the death of a woman he was supposed to protect. stephen duxbury worked at the uptown place apartments in downtown orlando. where sasha samsudean lived. she was murdered in her apartment last october. a grand jury also indicted duxbury on charges of attempted burglary. he is being held without bond. michelle: investigators in some are trying to figure out what caused a whole to open up in the side of a check and suck out a passe

jason: an apopka man accused of killing his boyfriend will make his first court appearance tomorrow morning. police arrested paul neff yesterday after months of investigating. they say he shot and killed sean davis back in november in the apartment where they lived. neff claimed he was only defending himself. but officers say they found evidence that it was not a self-defense shooting. they also say neff waited to call 911, and had threatened to kill davis in the days leading up to the shooting. neff was supposed to appear in pushed back until tomorrow. family and friends of a 15-year-old altamonte springs boy are hoping someone will come forward with information about his killer. they held a vigil for tamar harris last night on central street where he died. >> it' s been hard because i keep telling myself my baby is coming back. he' s coming home. he is not. and it' s so hard to accept that. jason: harris was shot while riding in a car last friday. police say the gunman fired from the street as the car tamar was in passed by. investigators do not believe it was random. if you have any information call the sheriff' s office. michelle: covering brevard county today, an 8-year-old is recovering af
