senior adviser jason miller says jared kushner has been advising the president to pursue all legal availablevenues right now. one thing is clear, this president at this moment, he's in no mood to concede. and his campaign has made very clear that they are, indeed, moving forward with those legal fights, even though every lawyer, including ben ginsburg, have made very clear there's almost no chance this will overturn the outcome of the election. so far what we have heard from this campaign is making a lot of wild allegations about this notion of fraud in the 2020 election without providing much evidence at all. now, there are, though, some in the trump campaign who are encouraging the president to continue to press forward and to continue to fight the outcome of this election. that includes the president's two adult sons, don jr. and eric trump. i've been told both of them have been encouraging other republicans, republican governors, republican senators and allies of the president here in washington to continue to fight the outcome of this election. eric trump, i've been told, has told allie

>> what i'm hearing is that stepien, kushner, jason miller, are acknowledging to republicans behind thecenes that president trump is determined not to concede. he's also determined not to even move close to concession until the vote is formally certified by the electoral college and the united states congress. and because of that, his political advisers, instead of trying to pull him away from the position, are catering to the position. so i have not had a total readout from my sources on this particular meeting you have mentioned by peter alexander's reporting, but i know recent meetings have been about thinking through rallies, how do they help president trump get out there, sustain his political base, even if they know the mathmatics and the data is hard against president trump in all of these different states and recounts. they believe keeping his base alive is critical, as he looks ahead to his own brand, sustaining, trying to sustain that in 2021. and to 2024, potentially. >> elizabeth, i mean, this is obviously a newfangled attempt to elevate the arcane state certification proces

senior campaign adviser jason miller has denied that jared kushner is urging the president to concede. instead saying jared kushner is pushing pursue all legal avenues. eric and don jr. have been some of the key voices within the president's inner circle urging him and allies to continue to contest the legitimacy of this election. they want to fight this out. i'm told that eric trump was telling some republicans recently that he believes that democrats have stolen this election from his father. of course, there is no basis for that. ultimately, that is the point, is that the trump campaign and the president are making these allegations, wild claims about widespread voter fraud in the 2020 election, but they have yet to put forward any substantial concrete evidence to actually prove that point. nonetheless, they are moving forward with these legal challenges in this coming week. we will just have to see how long that goes on because so far every legal challenge that the trump campaign has put forward, just about every legal challenge, has gone absolutely nowhere. >> jeremy diamond, tha

expectation setting, they are saying that the president is "alive and well" that's what senior adviser jason millerold reporters just a few moments ago. they're basically saying a few moments ago. they're saying president trump has been counted out before. don't count him out now. they say they can in deed turn out a victory in arizona and it's closer than you think. in pennsylvania they say they want transparency in the vote count. so that's why they're mounting lawsuits there, and they touted this new court order that, frankly, the first real victory they've seen in this effort that they've been mounting on the legal front where the pennsylvania court said that they could allow more closely for them to review the ballot counting process, obviously with social distancing parameters in place because of coronavirus. they're also saying that in terms of the president's tweet to stop the count, they want legal ballots to be counted. what does that mean? they're saying if it's postmarked -- that doesn't always need to be the case -- that they're not trying to stop all these ballots from being counted.
