"action news" reporter jeanette reyes is live on the scene at minden street. anette you say at the very least they've shut it off. >> reporter: they have shut it off. they shut it off a couple hours ago but matt, the thing is the crew that comes to fix the pipe doesn't get here until 9:30 in the morning. take a live look here behind me much the road is a pretty icy mess. they did have a salt truck come by and salt the road down just a bit. now it's kind of just a waiting game for that crew to come out and service can be restored to about 125 customers. take a look at this video though. it's just incredible to see one of the homes that was the most severely impacted. that water that you see there, it's actually leveled off in a drive way that dips down quite a few feet. so, we can expect that drive way to have quite a bit of flooding as well as the home next door. three homes were impacted in a similar way. so, again, 125 homes without water service at this point. and it will be about 9:30 until crews come out. we were just told that this is an 8-inch pipe that
