a lot upset about this bring in our attorney jeff brown you can understand why they are upset. can the families be banned from the cemetery where their loved wombs are buried. >> now they are whether or not hais the case in the future we have so wait and see. what the in most states. to be able to buy a plot or deed most peopled be believe it is the same you buy them from someone that licensed. and in this case the couple that bought this church and bought this small cemetery hay believed at the time there were no outstanding plots or deeds to for anybody to be buried there. anybody that was there that would it. and that's what they believe when they bought this back in 2004. the people trying to bury their loved ones have deeds to bury somebody there they bought them from people that were not properly licensed. the thing is a mess. most of the times if peerm worked, i have a loved fwhon a cemetery do i have to worry about it being sold and everybody changeses answers, no. almost all are zoned. that. part of their responsibility is the public welfare this would fall under that.
