investigative report jeff cole fracking the fallout.ave state officials reactioned rather stunning finding. >> absolutely. they say they have jumped on it. state daycare regulators they in fact jumped all over these providers even before the report by federal inspector general was released but the details of what the feds came across raised serious concerns about the quality of daycare here. the feds found an unsan tower toilet with mold and damaged floor and walls in age bam of a daycare. sharp tree trimming saw stored by a door kids used to enter an outside play area. bleach accessible to children and a pool would no fence to keep kids back. all of this what the inspector general for the department of health and human services found in just 20 pennsylvania daycare centers. 17 of the 20 were found in violation of date state regulators. pennsylvania's department of human services says, it quickly forced all of the providers to shape up fast and has since closed two of them. the two of the 20. dhs says governor wolf added more than 13 mi
