the latest from griff jenkins in the rio grande valley. afternoon, neil.t of southern mexico in years. here's what he's telling me. take a look at the caravan. he says it stretches 3 miles long. he says it's almost 10,000 strong. he says there are some 2,000 children in it along with 3,000 women and he says it's 80% venezuelan migrants. the other 20% made up of central american migrants from honduras, guatemala, el salvador. some apparently even from somalia. he says his caravan has a message for president biden. they would like the president to sit down with latin american leaders and talk about the reasons why they have to flee their countries to begin with. meanwhile if the caravan gets to the u.s. border they are already overwhelmed. this video that we shot with texas dps, they were arresting migrants, trying to evade capture, running to the field. our guys were able to catch the ones we perceive. there have been many got always. we saw them on camera but couldn't capture them. over 10,000 encountered. that's just in the rio grande valley sector here w
