district judge jeremy fogel will be taking a tour at san quentin this morning. tour is unusual but it is part of a trial and a step in deciding whether california will resume executions. now, five years ago, executions were put on hold after fogel said the state's death chamber is too outdated. today, he will tour the new and untested $900,000 chamber for lethal injections to see if the state made its execution program more humane. the new chamber was build by orders of governor schwarzenegger but there are issues to consider including the three-drug combination. death penalty supporters argue that california's execution program is constitutional. but death penalty opponents say that the state has failed to repair its execution program for the 720 inmates on death row. and if executions are allowed to resume in california, there are several who would be next in line. they have exhausted their appeals. so 10:30 the tours this morning. >>> 6:33. we have been spoiled lately with all this weather. let's check your forecast with jim. did you say we are just going to
